The Nucleus Medical Media Medical Customer Portal (the "Site"), is a web-based application that provides Nucleus customers with the ability to manage their contact information and preferences as stored with Nucleus, and to retrieve information and content related to their projects with Nucleus. The Site is created, maintained, and operated by Nucleus Medical Media, Inc. (the "Provider"), a U.S. corporation based in the state of Georgia.
